Our core mission is to support entrepreneurial independence, which applies to both our clients and our teammates.
Just as steel sharpens steel, entrepreneurs are the best at strengthening other entrepreneurs. This is why most of our team has experience running their own business or working independently as a freelancer.

It's important to us that the talented people we work with have control over their days, work on things they truly care about, make use of every skill they offer, have the ability to take on jobs outside of BRDG, and aren't constrained to an annual income cap.

Location
BRDG was 100% remote before it was cool. Our team is made up of talented experts across the United States. You can find us in Arizona, California, Wisconsin, and beyond.

Leads web development, graphic design, communication strategy, and business operations.
Based in Phoenix, Arizona
I'm an optimistic, creative, ambitious, and obsessively-organized goal setter who works with executives and development teams to push innovative thinking further, crush challenges, eliminate inefficiencies, and add a little more life and weirdness to each day.
I've worn a number of different hats across the advertising and tech worlds, specializing in digital marketing, design, and project management. I have experience running my own business, working in-house at big and small companies, and working at agencies with clients of all shapes and sizes. I have built products, and I have marketed products. I have managed teams, and I have been a team of one.
This variety has diversified my knowledge and skillset, expanded my empathy, and revealed to me my passion for human-centered design. I believe the needs of others should always be the focus in product development, team management, and all business operations.
