Body Doubling

A visual timer and agenda provide structure at the start of each session, directly addressing the time-blindness that often comes with ADHD. A task list helps members set intentions and stay on track, while a group chat fosters accountability and celebration as everyone marks items complete. Energy level logging and reflections add a layer of self-awareness to the experience. On the host side, coaches have controls to manage the timer and user permissions, and can offer guidance directly in chat to help members get unblocked.
